Synergy Strength Studio, a name and logo that truly reflect our essence and gym's philosophy. Synergy, the core of our values, encapsulates the collective energy of our trainers and members. Together, we're at our best, supporting and empowering one another.
The letter “Y” in the wordmark has been creatively designed to serve as an abstract symbol representing the concept of “arching hands.” This subtle yet powerful addition symbolizes fitness, wellness, and the act of reaching higher goals. The arching hands evoke a sense of progress, achievement, and personal growth.

Ashley
Meet Ashley, one of the new owners of Synergy Strength Studio. Having been a member since its inception, she's thrilled to continue her role as gym owner and trainer. Residing outside of White with her husband Styles and their six kids (Kaylee, Brantley, Braxton, Carson, Bentlee, and Beckett), Ashley balances her time as a stay-at-home mom while also working as an RN in home health and hospice at Brookings Health System. In her spare moments, she cherishes outdoor activities, family camping, attending kids' sporting events, and indulging in online shopping. For Ashley, working out is her precious "me-time," and she loves her early morning workouts as they set the perfect tone for her day. She firmly believes that prioritizing health and fitness makes her a better mom and person. With a growing passion for fitness, Ashley is eager to embark on this journey with you at Synergy Strength Studio.
Katie 2.0
Meet Katie Jones 2.0, originally from Aberdeen, SD. Her academic journey led her to SDSU, where she pursued nursing and excelled as a college athlete. At SDSU, she met her husband, Cam Jones. Together, they have two little kids, Lincoln and McKenna. Katie is a registered nurse, nutrition coach, and now a Gym Owner!
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending quality moments with her family, embracing the outdoors, running with friends, and working out at Synergy Strength Studio. As a fitness enthusiast, she particularly loves teaching Flex 40 and Cardio/Flex classes, where she incorporates her top three favorite moves - burpees, snatches, and squats. And, of course, cardio like running and biking!
